SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

1. Free Worldwide Shipping
We are pleased to offer FREE standard shipping on all international orders (excluding delivery to Japan). 

2. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

3. Estimated Shipping & Delivery Times
International shipments typically take between 5 to 14 business days to arrive, depending on the destination country and local customs processing times. Please note that these delivery windows are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

4. Order Tracking
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Anidirect is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, VAT, etc.).

6. Missing or Delayed Packages
If you have not received your order within 20 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at mktg@1milejp.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you. Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order, as we cannot be held responsible for items sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
